View an agent’s paid hours per day or week
In the View by Day and View by Date Range modes, you can see a list of agents, as well as:
The agent's total number of paid hours for the currently displayed week.
The agent's total number of paid hours for the currently displayed day.
In the View by Week mode, the agent’s total number of paid hours for the currently displayed day moves to the Daily Summaries section at the bottom of the schedule editor. However, these metrics are not displayed in the Vertical View mode.
