Add a workitem

You can create workitems individually or create up to 50 workitems in bulk using Genesys Cloud public APIs. To perform actions with a workitem, permissions are required in its containing workbins division. For more information, see workitem attributes.

Note: Currently, the option to create workitems via the Genesys Cloud user interface is not available.
