Add a Disconnect action to a flow

Add a Disconnect action to a task to provide an exit path for the menu or task sequence. For more information, see the Suggested content.

Note: This action can be used in menu choices and task sequences.  When you use an action in a menu choice, Architect provides additional settings such as DTMF and speech recognition. For more information about additional menu choice settings, see the Suggested content.

  1. From the Architect home page, click or hover over the Flows menu and select the desired flow type.
  2. Create a new flow or select an existing one. The flow’s configuration page opens.
  3. Select the task and click Click to open. The task editor opens.
  4. From the task editor Toolbox, drag the Disconnect action to the desired location in the menu or task sequence.
