The following table describes the fields available in the Work Plan Assignment page.
Field | Definition |

Business Unit/Management Unit list |
Business unit/management unit under which the agents appear. |
Search Agent Name | Type the name of the agent to view the corresponding result. |
Filters |
Click the Arrow icon to view additional fields to perform your search. Click the image to enlarge.

Reset | Click to clear all previous information entered. |
Refresh | Click to view the updated agent information. |
Change Work Plan |
Displays the Change Work Plan dialog box. Click the image to enlarge. This button is available for selection only after you select an agent. You can select one or multiple agents by clicking the checkbox next to each agent. For more information, see Manage Work Plan Assignments. |
Agent Name | Displays the name of the agent. Click to view the agent’s work plan details. |
Effective Work Plan | Displays the work plan that the agent is assigned. |
Work Team | Displays the work team that the agent is associated with. |
Override Changes | Displays the number of override changes that the agent’s work plan has undergone. |
