Navigate the work plan assignment page

Prerequisites
  • Genesys Cloud CX 1 WEM Add-on II, Genesys Cloud CX 2 WEM Add-on I, Genesys Cloud CX 3, or Genesys Cloud EX license
  • Workforce Management > Work Plan  Edit and View permissions
  • Workforce Management > Business Unit  > View permissions
  • Workforce Management > Management Unit  > View permissions
  • Workforce Management > Agent  > View permissions
  • Groups > Work Team  > View permissions

The following table describes the fields available in the Work Plan Assignment page.

Field  Definition
Business Unit/Management Unit list

Business unit/management unit under which the agents appear.

Search Agent Name Type the name of the agent to view the corresponding result.
 Filters

Click the Arrow icon to view additional fields to perform your search. Click the image to enlarge. Click down arrow to view additional fields.

  • Effective Work Plan – Click the Arrow icon to view the available effective work plans. Select one or more work plans as required. Search results are automatically displayed based on your selection. This field is available only when you click the Filters field.
  • Work Team – Click the Arrow icon to view the available work teams. Select one or more work teams as required. Search results are automatically displayed based on your selection. This field is available only when you click the Filters field.
  • Show – You can choose to view all, selected, or unselected agents. This field is available only when you click the Filters field.
 Reset Click to clear all previous information entered.
 Refresh Click to view the updated agent information.
Change Work Plan

Change work plan details

This button is available for selection only after you select an agent. You can select one or multiple agents by clicking the checkbox next to each agent. For more information, see Manage Work Plan Assignments.

Agent Name Displays the name of the agent. Click to view the agent’s work plan details.
Effective Work Plan Displays the work plan that the agent is assigned. 
Work Team Displays the work team that the agent is associated with.
Override Changes Displays the number of override changes that the agent’s work plan has undergone.
