About the Genesys Cloud Function data actions integration

The Function data actions integration allows you to create custom actions with custom code. You can then use the custom actions throughout Genesys Cloud which in turn invokes AWS Lambda functions to deploy the code. Use these custom actions to make routing decisions within your interaction flow in Architect to present information to your agents in Scripts or to act on data in other ways.

Review the requirements and add the integration in your Genesys Cloud organization. After you add the integration, create custom actions and add Function configuration. Configure Function to upload the custom code package to Genesys Cloud.
