Remove a schedule entry for a campaign or campaign sequence

To remove a schedule entry, follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Under Outbound, click Campaign Management.

  3. Click the Schedule tab.

  4. To set the duration of time that appears in the calendar view, click Month, Week, or Day.

  5. If necessary, navigate to the date of the schedule that you want to remove using the Next or Previous buttons.

  6. Click a schedule entry. The Update Schedule dialog box opens.Shows removing a schedule entry.

  7. Click Remove. The system removes the schedule entry without prompting you to confirm the delete operation.

To remove a recurring event:

  1. Click the recurring event to delete. In the dialog box that appears, click Delete event.Figures shows removing a recurring event
  2. To delete your recurring event, select one of the following options:
    1. Select Delete occurrence. The single occurrence of the event is deleted.
    2. Select Delete series. All occurrences of the event are deleted.
