If an organization has Agent Copilot, and an administrator assigns a user the Agent Copilot Agent role or the Assistants > Copilot > View permission, Genesys Cloud prompts Genesys Agent Copilot billing corresponding to that user.

Agent Copilot assigned queues

An Agent Copilot can only be assigned at a queue(s) level. When an administrator assigns an Agent Copilot to a queue, all users in the assigned queue are subject to Agent Copilot processing, regardless of their assigned roles or permissions.

Agent Copilot processing includes transcription, and summarization, and are subject to fair use policy.

To avoid unintended costs, it is advisable to ensure only users who have the required Agent Copilot role are assigned to Agent Copilot enabled queues.
