Deprecation: Genesys Cloud Supervisor app for iPad

On October 14, 2024, Genesys will discontinue support of the Genesys Cloud Supervisor app for iPad.

Am I affected?

If you use the Genesys Cloud Supervisor app for iPad, then you are impacted. 

You can continue to use the Supervisor for iPad until the end of life date (October 14, 2024). However, no new features or updates will release after the support end date (July 8, 2024). Hereafter Genesys is excited to announce the new Insights mobile app. Genesys Cloud Insights allows you to monitor queues and agents in real time and to set and receive customized alerts from your mobile device. 

How can I prepare for this deprecation?

Genesys recommends that, before the end of life date, you back up any important data or information that you store in the Supervisor. Genesys also encourages you to download the new Insights mobile app to better monitor and optimize your team’s performance in real time.
