Introducing Journey Analyzer for Genesys Cloud Journey Management

A future Genesys Cloud release will introduce the Journey Analyzer feature as part of Genesys Cloud Journey Management. Journey Analyzer will map a series of customer journey steps for ad hoc behavior analysis across channels. This feature will also enable analysts to generate insights without the need for coding, enabling them to test hypotheses, analyze journey behavior, and identify areas of friction.
