Workspace column selector refresh

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will provide a new user interface in which to select workspace columns. This updated UI will provide enhanced flexibility and control over column display settings.

Currently, the column sorting option is default or alphabetical, with preferences immediately reflected on the screen. Following this update, workspace columns that users select will only take effect after they click Save. Also, instead of a

single sorting method, users can sort columns alphabetically (ascending or descending) and by categories. This new approach organizes available columns into related groups, which simplifies the navigation and selection process.
