The Admin > People page will soon include enhancements to various areas of the user interface and significant improvements in the People page workflows. These updates do not impact agent-facing views.

These changes include.

• A refreshed list view, with direct editing availability in the Status cell.
• An Add Person workflow wizard that guides the admin through a step-by-step process of the initiation of the person’s attributes.
• An updated Person detail view that changes from a multi-tap to a single page and includes the person’s basic attributes (name, email, photo) at the top.
• A slide-in window in which to change a person’s attributes and requires a confirmation cancel/save before exiting.
