On March 29, 2023, Genesys will remove the static data actions for web service data actions integration. The static data actions will not appear in installed web service data actions integration.

Am I affected?
The static data actions are not functional and were provided as in-app examples to help customers get started with the advanced configuration options of the data actions.
This deprecation does not affect customers who use web services data actions integration.
What do I need to do before the removal date?
No action is required for customers who can currently view the web service static data actions in their UI. After the deprecation date, when you install new web service data actions integrations, you will not see the static data actions in the list.
You can use the templates given in Example web services data actions, modify the configuration, and import the file as JSON in the data actions integration.
