  • Supported data format: JSON.
  • Supported content: Rich text. Images and videos through URLs.
  • Maximum number of allowable question and answer pairs in the knowledge base: 15,000. 
  • Maximum number of allowable knowledge bases per Genesys Cloud organization: 500.
  • Maximum number of categories per knowledge base: 1,000.
