Prerequisites
  • Genesys Cloud CX 2, Genesys Cloud CX 2 Digital, Genesys Cloud CX 3, Genesys Cloud CX 3 Digital, or Genesys Cloud CX 1 Digital Add-on II license
  • Routing > Email > Manage permission
      Genesys Cloud supports sending email messages with the Email campaigns and Agentless email notifications features. In both features, the pricing for email messages is the same and is set at $0.0014 USD per message.
