SMS short codes – setup costs
SMS short codes have two pricing schemes: Standard rate and Free to End-User (FTEU). Due to differences in current feature availability, short code support varies between Genesys products.
- Genesys Cloud customers can purchase US, Canada, and UK standard rate short codes. (FTEU short codes for Genesys Cloud are coming soon).
- Genesys Engage customers can purchase US and Canada standard rate and FTEU short codes or UK standard rate short codes.
Note: At the time of purchase, you must pay both the setup fee and the first quarterly charge.
