Enable the ping response on the Edge - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

Prerequisites

Telephony > Plugin > All permission

If you are using BYOC Premises you can configure Edges on your network to respond to ICMP ping requests.

Click Admin.
Under Telephony, click Edges.
From the Edge Name column, choose the Edge.
Choose the Network Interfaces tab.
Select the interface to enable or disable ping.
Under Ping, click the Respond to ping requests.
Click Save Interfaces.
