The desktop app name changed from PureCloud to Genesys Cloud. Users should follow these instructions:
- Click the link provided in the version update to manually install the renamed Genesys Cloud desktop app.
- Following the installation, move the PureCloud desktop app to the Trash.
- Subsequent Genesys Cloud desktop app version updates will install automatically.
