Internet Explorer 11 support for Genesys Cloud web app deprecation postponement

Genesys announced the end of support for Internet Explorer 11 as a web browser for the Genesys Cloud web app on May 29, 2019 with a September 4, 2019 end of support date. Based on customer feedback, Genesys postponed the end of support date to December 4, 2019. Additional information about the deprecation is also available.
