Network connectivity alerts in interactions
Agents now receive notifications when Genesys Cloud detects network connectivity issues in interactions. Agents can use this information to determine how they should proceed with an interaction. For more information, see Network connectivity alerts.
Language agnostic voicemail transfer in Architect
Genesys Cloud now supports language agnostic voicemail functionality in Architect transfer to voicemail actions. This enhancement allows for a simplified and global voicemail transfer for all languages. Previously, Architect did not support transfer to voicemail for unsupported languages.
