Workforce management work plan validation enhancements

The workforce management work plan validation process now provides improved messages for work plan constraint violations. In addition, work plans are now marked valid or invalid when saved. These enhancements allow administrators and contact center managers to quickly correct constraint violations before they generate a schedule, and reduce scheduling errors and rework. France French, Canadian French, Italian, and Brazilian Portuguese voice transcription support

Voice transcription support is now available for France French (fr-FR), Canadian French (fr-CA), Italian (it-IT), and Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR). For more information, see Genesys Cloud supported languages. This feature requires the following subscription: Genesys Cloud User 3.
