Genesys Cloud System Status page
The enhanced Genesys Cloud System Status page enables customers to view the business features impacted in the event of a platform incident. To continue to receive updates on Genesys Cloud incidents and scheduled maintenance, customers must re-subscribe. Click Subscribe to Updates in the upper right corner on the Genesys Cloud System Status page and select which notifications to receive (email, SMS, webhooks, RSS).
View trunk status from multiple locations
Telephony administrators can now view external and phone trunk status information from multiple locations in Genesys Cloud. This feature makes it easier to check trunk status wherever you are working. For more information, see Get trunk status information.
