Genesys Cloud Edge automatic updates and scheduling
- Allows for onsite Edge devices to be automatically updated with the latest software so as to be compatible with the latest Genesys Cloud features and to ensure the latest bug fixes are applied.
- Allows for a schedule to be defined to apply updates during a convenient time for the company so as to not impact business. The default schedule is set to check for updates daily from 2 AM – 5 AM in the local time zone.
