New features and functionality
- Standalone phone functionality added.
- Assign an emergency number to a phone.
- Assign a DID or an extension to a phone (conference room, lobby phone, etc.). This allows for direct inbound calls or internal extension-to-extension calls to the phone.Note: Additional fees apply for standalone phones.
- Reboot a phone from the cloud including a bulk reboot of up to 100 phones.
- Enables an administrator to restart a phone from the UI without having physical access to the phone.Note: In some cases such as network issues at the location where the phone is physically located, the reboot may not be successful.
