In a future release, Genesys Cloud will update the Work Automation UI to provide a refreshed user experience for agents and administrators. This update will standardize the text font and size and ensure consistent use of common Genesys Cloud components across the interface. With this update, headings and colors will be subtly adjusted to create a more cohesive look and a cleaner, more uniform appearance. These changes have no affect on existing functionality, user flows, or icons.
