Can I specify the time zone Genesys Cloud uses to stamp voicemail messages in the inbox?

Not in Genesys Cloud. Genesys Cloud pulls the timestamp information on messages in your inbox from your machine’s (or browser’s) location and time zone. This information is based on the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) when the message arrives.
