What is “My workspace?”
Documents includes a personal, private workspace called My workspace. In your My workspace, you can store and manage any kind of file. To keep your files organized, tag them with meaningful keywords. You can share files from your My workspace with other Genesys Cloud users.
You can also use group workspaces to share files with your team. Every member of a group workspace has full access to the files in the group workspace. Your administrator sets up group workspaces, selects group members, and creates tags.
You can access your workspaces through your Documents dashboard.
