WhatsApp delivery receipts

When you send WhatsApp messages, you can track the delivery status information in Analytics by adding the Delivery Status and Delivery Status Details columns to your Interactions view. For more information, see Interactions view.

Receipt code Description
MessageExpired The message has expired.
RateLimited The message failed due to rate limiting.
MessageNotAllowed The message was not allowed.
GeneralError The message failed due to a general error.
UnsupportedMessage The message was unsupported by the provider.
UnknownMessage The message was unknown.
InvalidMessageStructure The message has an invalid structure.
InvalidDestination The message destination is invalid.
ServerError The message failed due to a server error.
MediaTypeNotAllowed The media type for the media attached to the message is not allowed.
InvalidMediaContentLength The media content length for the media attached to the message is too long.
RecipientOptedOut The person you are trying to message has opted out of receiving messages from your channel.
Queued The outbound message was queued for delivery. Delivery has not yet been attempted.
Sent The outbound message was successfully processed within the Genesys Cloud platform, but has not yet been delivered to the recipient’s device.
Delivery success The outbound message is successfully delivered to the WhatsApp user.
Read The outbound message was read by the recipient.
Received The inbound message was received by the agent or the API client.
Published The outbound message was successfully sent to the WhatsApp Business platform. 
Delivery Failure The outbound message was successfully sent to the WhatsApp Business Platform but failed to reach the recipient’s device.
