WhatsApp delivery receipts
When you send WhatsApp messages, you can track the delivery status information in Analytics by adding the Delivery Status and Delivery Status Details columns to your Interactions view. For more information, see Interactions view.
Receipt code | Description |
---|---|
MessageExpired | The message has expired. |
RateLimited | The message failed due to rate limiting. |
MessageNotAllowed | The message was not allowed. |
GeneralError | The message failed due to a general error. |
UnsupportedMessage | The message was unsupported by the provider. |
UnknownMessage | The message was unknown. |
InvalidMessageStructure | The message has an invalid structure. |
InvalidDestination | The message destination is invalid. |
ServerError | The message failed due to a server error. |
MediaTypeNotAllowed | The media type for the media attached to the message is not allowed. |
InvalidMediaContentLength | The media content length for the media attached to the message is too long. |
RecipientOptedOut | The person you are trying to message has opted out of receiving messages from your channel. |
Queued | The outbound message was queued for delivery. Delivery has not yet been attempted. |
Sent | The outbound message was successfully processed within the Genesys Cloud platform, but has not yet been delivered to the recipient’s device. |
Delivery success | The outbound message is successfully delivered to the WhatsApp user. |
Read | The outbound message was read by the recipient. |
Received | The inbound message was received by the agent or the API client. |
Published | The outbound message was successfully sent to the WhatsApp Business platform. |
Delivery Failure | The outbound message was successfully sent to the WhatsApp Business Platform but failed to reach the recipient’s device. |
