- If you purchased Telephony and/or Genesys Cloud Voice from Genesys, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days with your telephony trunking and phone provisioning instructions.
- If you purchased Professional Services from Genesys or one of our certified partners, you will receive an email with 1-2 business days introducing you to your enablement lead.
