You can refresh the Agents page to update any queue, skill, or language changes made to an agent profile in the last 4 hours.

  1. Click Admin > Workforce Management.
  2. Click Agents.
  3. In the upper right corner, click the Management Unit drop-down list and select the desired management unit.
  4. Click Sync Changes.

Genesys Cloud updates the agent information and returns a message informing you that it updated the queues, skills, and languages for the agents in the management unit.
