Set up the starting menu
Use the starting menu as a starting point for building your flow.
Note: You can also set a task sequence as the starting task, rather than a starting menu, when the call flow is initiated.
The label you enter here becomes the name of the node in the menu structure. The default name is Main Menu.
Opens the Edit Audio Sequence dialog box, where you can select a single pre-recorded prompt to play to the caller, configure text-to-speech for the caller, define call attribute data elements, or combine any of these to create an audio sequence to prompt when a caller reaches the main menu. If you do not select or record a prompt using the embedded audio controls, no voice prompting will occur.
