Prerequisites

Genesys Cloud CX 1, Genesys Cloud CX 2, or Genesys Cloud CX 3 license

To create and configure triggers: Process Automation > Trigger > All permission, or the appropriate combination of Process Automation > Trigger > Add, Delete, Edit, View, Test permissions

To create workflows: Architect > Flow > Add, Edit, View
