Maximum entities allowed for an organization
Organization-level limits
Genesys Predictive Engagement is pre-configured with a limit on the number of entities that you can create. This prevents the system from being overloaded with excessive requests and reducing the performance and stability. As an administrator, you cannot increase the limit that has been set on the different entities. However, should you have further questions, please reach out to your local Genesys representative.
