Install Nuance Recognizer as a Service from the AppFoundry
This installation integrates the Nuance Recognizer as a Service integration into Genesys Cloud. Install the Nuance Recognizer as a Service integration from Genesys AppFoundry. Installation adds the app to your organization's Admin > Integrations page. Then configure and activate the integration.

To install the Nuance Recognizer as a Service integration, perform the following steps:
- Click Admin.
- Under Integrations, click Integrations.
- Click Integrations.
- In the Search box, type Nuance Recognizer as a Service. The card for Nuance Recognizer as a Service appears.
- Click Install.
Nuance Recognizer as a Service is now available to configure and activate from Genesys Cloud’s Admin > Integrations page.
