In the tabs below you will find the different templates of Data Processing Agreements, which set out the rules and conditions that the parties will comply with when processing personal data in the framework of a given service agreement. Each template shall be selected according to the particular needs corresponding to the commercial agreement.

    This DPA is intended to be used when all customer affiliates using the Genesys services, as well as the Genesys contracting entity, are located within the EU/EEA.

    This DPA is intended to be used where either Genesys or at least one customer affiliate using the services has an established entity outside the EU/EEA. It will be customized based on specific legal requirements and is intended to be used only by legal staff members.

    Partners

Each template shall be selected according to the particular needs, such as the geographical circumstances of the agreement.

      This DPA is intended to be used when all partner affiliates, as well as the Genesys contracting entity,  are located within the EU/EEA.
