To request a login account, please visit My Support (see links above), select Get Started, and follow the prompts.

Having issues?

If you have trouble with your My Support credentials and cannot log in, first try the Forgot Your Password option to verify that your credentials are correct.

If you still have issues, send an email to customercare@genesys.com (core and satellite regions) or customercare-gov@genesys.com (FedRAMP region only) with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Your work mail address used for My Support
  • Company/partner name
  • Phone number
  • Description of the issue – cannot log in, bad link, and so on
