Glossary: designated contact
A Designated Contact is a PureCloud customer user who is identified as the primary liaison between the customer and PureCloud Customer Care. A Designated Contact must be knowledgeable about the applicable services and participates in troubleshooting support cases.
Become a Designated Contact by first reviewing the Customer Areas of Responsibility. Then go to the Customer Care log in page and select Get Started to request a My Support account and get access to our Genesys support tools. Allow 48 business hours to receive your credentials.
