Check for and troubleshoot errors that have occurred with one or more of your running campaigns.

When a error occurs in a running campaign, an event is generated and assigned a category and level. The Event Viewer lists the time, level, and category for each event and provides details to help you troubleshoot the issue.

To view error conditions with your running campaigns:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Outbound Dialing, click Event Viewer
