Check for and troubleshoot errors that have occurred with one or more of your running campaigns.

When an error occurs in a running campaign, an event is generated and assigned a category and level. The Event Viewer lists the time, level, and category for each event and provides details to help you troubleshoot the issue.

To view error conditions with your running campaigns:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Outbound, click Event Viewer 

    • Sort by level or category.
    • See Event levels and Event categories for descriptions, possible causes, and solutions.
    • The events in the event viewer will expire after 30 days.
