FAQs
Am I affected?
The deprecation affects you if your agents use the workforce management schedules functionality to submit time-off requests for non-consecutive days. This deprecation allows for the ability to submit time-off requests with human resources information systems (HRIS) integrations. These integration features ensure that time-off is only deducted from agent TOR balances based on the shift and days that they actually work.
What do I need to do before the removal date?
For up to 60 days prior to the HRIS integration feature releases, your agents must submit multiple time-off requests to account for non-consecutive days in the same date range.
