Deprecation: Keyword spotting endpoints

On April 28, 2021, Genesys will remove keyword spotting API endpoints that are non-functional and were not officially released for general availability. These capabilities are superseded by functionality provided by Speech and Text Analytics.
The following keyword spotting endpoints will be deprecated.

FAQs
What does this mean?
After the deprecation date, Genesys will no longer address bugs and minor issues that are specific to keyword spotting endpoints. Genesys will continue to resolve any significant and serious issues until the end of life date.
Am I affected?
Currently, internal and external systems have not used keyword spotting endpoints for a considerable amount of time. For this reason, you will not be affected by this deprecation.
What do I need to do before the removal date?
You are not required to make any adjustments or modifications.
