Deprecation: Export Media Types and Role real-time columns data into .csv files

On January 13, 2021, Genesys removed the ability to export the Media Types and Role real-time columns data into .csv files in the Agent Performance Views. You can still include these columns in your export until the removal date. After January 13, 2021, these columns will no longer be present in any exports.

Am I affected?

This deprecation affects you if you export the Media Types or Role columns from the Performance views today, then you will be impacted. Once removed, the export file will no longer contain these columns. 

How can I prepare for this deprecation?

We recommend you use the Selected Columns option in export for optimal performance. If you are exporting the Media Types or Role columns today, plan ahead that these columns will no longer be included beginning on January 13, 2021. In the meantime, to speed up your exports we recommend you use Selected Columns and omit Media Types and Role columns.
