Create and send a pairing request to a client


  1. Click Clients.
  2. Click Create Pair.
  3. In the Add new person box, begin typing the name of the Genesys Cloud user in your organization who needs access to the other organization. Select the user from the list.
  4. Repeat step 3 to select more people. 
  5. Click Click to Copy. The pairing link is now in your clipboard.
  6. Paste the pairing link into an email or chat message. Send it to the person at the other organization you want to pair with.
