Create and send a pairing request to a client
- Click Clients.
- Click Create Pair.
- In the Add new person box, begin typing the name of the Genesys Cloud user in your organization who needs access to the other organization. Select the user from the list.
- Repeat step 3 to select more people.
- Click Click to Copy. The pairing link is now in your clipboard.
- Paste the pairing link into an email or chat message. Send it to the person at the other organization you want to pair with.
