Copy a customer’s address from the interaction’s detail page
- Analytics > Conversation Detail > View permission assigned to any user role.
To copy the customer’s address, such as a phone number or email address, click the copy icon or the customer’s number or address. Genesys Cloud copies the address to your clipboard so you can paste it in the location of your choice.
Note: If the customer calls from an SIP address, then the copy function does not appear.
