Prerequisites 
  • Genesys Cloud CX 2, Genesys Cloud CX 2 Digital, Genesys Cloud CX 3, Genesys Cloud CX 3 Digital or Genesys Cloud CX 1 Digital Add-on II license
  • Journey Management Creator or Editor role

    To access the journey management screen, log in to your Genesys Cloud account and click the Journey Management menu.

    When you activate Journey Management, you have up to 90 days of available data to analyze. Genesys Cloud continues to update data on a nightly basis and maintains a rolling history of up to 400 days. Journey management benefits you by giving access to your native data across channels. The type of data and accessible history varies by source. Genesys Cloud organizes data from available sources by channel and type in your Journey Analyzer Event panel.

    1 Home. To navigate to the main Journey Management screen, click this button.
    2 Journeys. To navigate to all of your existing journeys, click this button.
    3 Recent journeys. Shows the last five edited journeys, with thumbnails to give visual information about the respective journeys.
    4 Start a new journey. Click Create Journey to start a new journey visualization.
