Set up a GitHub integration - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

Prerequisite: Chat notification (webhook) configuration in Genesys Cloud must be complete. If not, start with Add a webhook integration.

Create a webhook in your GitHub environment as described in GitHub Developer Documentation.

In the Payload URL field, enter the URL you copied from Genesys Cloud.
Leave the Secret field blank.
