Operational Console shows CPS limit events

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will display events in the Operational Console when an organization reaches its calls per second (CPS) limit. This enhancement helps administrators identify when outbound dialing performance slows due to throttling and understand whether the limitation occurs at the campaign or organization level. Previously, administrators had no visibility into these throttling behaviors. With these new events, administrators can monitor throttling activity directly, take corrective actions such as requesting higher CPS limits, and reduce the need for external troubleshooting.
