Improved bulk metric exports in Analytics Performance views

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will introduce an async aggregates endpoint to improve bulk metric exports in certain performance views. The agent, queue, skills, and DNIS performance views will use the new endpoint to process large data volumes more efficiently, reducing the need to run exports in smaller date ranges.

This update helps reports complete more reliably, even for organizations with high interaction volume. As part of this enhancement, the selectable time range in the user interface will be limited to 366 days to reflect supported query performance. Users can still access data up to five years old. These changes make year-to-date and multi-month exports more stable while maintaining the same data and export experience that users are familiar with.
