Make a question template a favorite
Prerequisites
If you often reuse a question that you saved as a template, add the custom question template to the toolbar of question types by making the question template a favorite.
- Click + Add Template Question, and from the list that appears click the question you want to add to the form.
The question is automatically added to the form.
- Click Save as Template, and then click the Star icon next to the question template name. You can now add the question to an evaluation form by clicking the question name in the question menu.
Note: To remove a question from the toolbar, click Manage Template Questions. Then click the Star icon next to the name of the question template that you want to remove. Genesys Cloud removes the question template from the toolbar but keeps it in the list of question templates.
