Genesys Cloud
Enhanced messenger configuration for GC admins

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will provide administrators with a redesigned, modular Messenger configuration experience. This new feature gives administrators the ability to selectively configure individual Messenger apps, including co-browse, knowledge, and journey tracking, and then granularly customize the behavior to meet business needs. These changes give administrators more control and flexibility over messaging deployments. Previously, the ability to provision a single deployment included an extensive list of messaging configuration parameters, and required Architect flow configuration, even when those features did not apply.

For more information, see the  Admin UI Update: Enhanced Messenger Configuration  community post.
