Refreshed email UI from the Admin menu

In a future Genesys Cloud release, Genesys will introduce a refreshed Admin > Email user interface. The updated UI will improve usability and be more intuitive. The UI refresh consists solely of style enhancements that relate to usability and will not include major functional changes or feature additions. The update does not impact agent-facing views. For more information, see the Email Admin UI refresh community post.

Currently, all email configuration options are grouped on a single screen. When the new interface is implemented, all email address details options will be organized in five new tabs: Summary, General, Routing, Signature, and Advanced.
