Requirements for triggers

    Licenses

    You must have the following license:

    • Genesys Cloud CX 1, Genesys Cloud CX 2, or Genesys Cloud CX 3

    Permissions

    The following permissions are required for creating and configuring triggers:

    • Process Automation > Trigger > All
      • Process Automation > Trigger > Add
      • Process Automation > Trigger > Delete
      • Process Automation > Trigger > Edit
      • Process Automation > Trigger > View
      • Process Automation > Trigger > Test

    The following permissions are required for creating workflows:

    • Architect > Flow > Add
    • Architect > Flow > Edit
    • Architect > Flow > View
